Dennis has served as the National Director of Facility Management at Catholic Health Initiatives, now CommonSpirit Health, and has owned his own Construction Management firm. He also spent 24 years in the National Guard, including Command of an 8″ Self Propelled Artillery Battery.

In his book, Dennis shares his insights on effective leadership in a rapidly changing world, asserting that there are principles that remain relevant to leadership, even amidst the challenges of a post-pandemic world.
