Facilities team development, Ep. 2 - Gosselin / Martin Associates

Peter Martin, President

After several years of progressive healthcare facilities, real estate, and construction management experience, Peter Martin joined Gosselin Associates in 2014.

Previously, Pete worked at Steward Health Care in Boston. There he managed internal project managers and external consultants to complete capital construction projects across the Steward Health Care System, working closely with Steward’s hospital facility directors daily. Peter was part of Steward as the organization transitioned from a not for profit Catholic Health System to a for-profit system. 

Pete is a frequent lecturer and contributor to national conferences and publications, including the ASHE Annual and Inside ASHE. He holds a Bachelor’s from Marquette University and a Master’s from Emerson College.


Jack Gosselin
FASHE, CHFM – Founding Partner

As Founder and Principal of Gosselin Associates, Jack Gosselin has held facilities administration leadership roles in health care organizations for over two decades. Previously, he has served two terms on the Board of Directors of The American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) and held leadership positions in regional professional associations. Jack was awarded his Fellow designation in ASHE. He also holds the American Hospital Association’s credential as a Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager and other industry recognitions. Jack is a frequent lecturer and contributor to national conferences and publications.
