Michael Kilbride is an outlier, a twenty-something Generation Z’er from Massachusetts who has worked in healthcare facilities while pursuing his 4-year college degree, and in October, his Masters. While much of the generational focus is on Millenials and Baby Boomers, attracting Generation Z, or those born between the mid-to-late 1990s to the early 2010s is essential.
