For more than 13 years Gosselin Associates has partnered with hundreds of health care organizations across the country to provide them the best health care facilities leadership. Over time, Jack Gosselin and the firm he established became synonymous with health care and leadership.
As we begin 2017, we present a new addition to the Gosselin Associates masthead. We present Gosselin/Martin Associates.
Peter Martin joined Jack Gosselin 3 years ago and since that time the firm has continued the approach employed by Jack since Gosselin Associate’s inception in 2003: Personalized service, connections to passive candidates, a consistent approach to uncover the best facilities talent for health care partners.
Gosselin Associates strong decadal-plus foundation will not change. Gosselin/Martin Associates will remain the only firm in the industry focused uniquely and solely on recruiting health care facilities talent.
But now in our fourth year together and with an expanded name, we introduce new programs for 2017, programs which augment and compliment the industry’s largest recruiting database of passive health care facilities candidates. We present:
Beyond Competency: Health Facilities Leadership Development. Created specifically for health care facilities and utilizing facilities-specific curriculum, the program focuses on soft skills, or skills related to communication, people management, and leadership. We partner with ASHE and CEUs are available to attendees.
peopleBUILD: An integrated approach to discover, educate, and retain health facilities talent, peopleBUILD offers a strategic, facilities-based approach to employee growth, retention, and education. peopleBUILD can save organizations hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost costs related to disengaged employees and a constant state of recruitment.
