Reporting to the Director of Facilities Management, the Facilities Supervisor has accountability for 14 offsite locations totaling roughly 460,000 square feet across communities north of Boston, including Cambridge, Somerville, and Everett. The Supervisor will effectively manage within the vision and mission of the organization, developing goals and objectives for the department in conjunction with the Director of Facilities. On a daily basis the Supervisor will direct and ensure communication through formal and informal methods, including on a continuous basis through regular staff meetings. The Supervisor will participate in collective bargaining negotiations and other labor relations issues as they pertain to departments under the control of this position.
